Welcome to Lux Photo Pro. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") outline the rules and regulations for using our services, including the purchase and use of gift certificates. By using our services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. General Services

1.1. Lux Photo Pro provides photography and videography services, including but not limited to event coverage, portrait sessions, and commercial projects.

1.2. All services are subject to availability and are scheduled upon mutual agreement between Lux Photo Pro and the client.

1.3. Payment terms will be specified in the invoice or contract provided for each service.

1.4. Changes to scheduled appointments must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

2. Gift Certificates

2.1. Gift certificates are available for purchase and can be redeemed for Lux Photo Pro services.

2.2. Each gift certificate is valid for two (2) months from the date of payment for the certificate or the date the certificate is sent to the client, whichever occurs later.

2.3. Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

2.4. If a gift certificate expires, Lux Photo Pro reserves the right to offer an extension, subject to the following conditions:

• An extension fee may apply, calculated on a case-by-case basis.

• The extension request must be made within two weeks of the certificate’s expiration.

2.5. Gift certificates must be presented at the time of booking. Failure to present a valid certificate may result in the client being charged the full service price.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

3.1. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled session may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price.

3.2. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the session are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. Lux Photo Pro retains copyright ownership of all images and videos created during sessions. Clients are granted a limited license for personal or commercial use as agreed in the service contract.

4.2. Any unauthorized reproduction, editing, or redistribution of Lux Photo Pro’s work is strictly prohibited unless expressly permitted in writing.

5. Liability

5.1. Lux Photo Pro will not be held liable for delays or failures to perform services due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or illness.

5.2. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and cooperating during sessions to ensure the best results.

6. Dispute Resolution

6.1. Any disputes arising from the use of Lux Photo Pro services will be resolved amicably. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes will be settled in accordance with Luxembourgish law.

7. Updates to Terms

7.1. Lux Photo Pro reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes through our website or direct communication.
